Training AI model is extremely resource intensive. AI servers are more expensive than standard servers, they in fact have an hourly rate instead of a monthly rate.
On top of this storage AI models are very large so storage is expensive as well.

It could be two things here.
1) The internet had a little disruption while you were trying to upload.
2) The uploaded image was a format our system was not use to

Training data is important to get high quality tune images!
The better you follow these guidelines, the better your tune images will be
Unfortunately not because of the large amount of resources required to train a tune and generate images with it.
Unused tunes never expire however once you use your tune you have 30 days to generate tune images off of it. Each tune is group of large system files (neural networks). Many will use their tunes one time and we can’t currently feasibly store all the tunes for 1000’s and 1000’s of users.
We are looking into options to manage this storage issue.
Not at the moment
You probably noticed that no training was required when you are just generating images in the playground. This is because you are training off of pre-trained models in the playground.
When you create a tune you are creating a customer model and training it to understand what you look like.
It is not possible for you to delete the Tune on your own. If you wish to remove your Tune, please inform us, and we will take care of it for you.
Unfortunately, we can't change the class when the model has already been created.
ArtSmart provides you with the opportunity to create avatars based on your tune using your own prompt. To do this, follow these steps:
If you are unable to click on the "Generate" button, please check if you have sufficient credits in your account. If not, you can click on the "Buy more avatars" button located next to the "Generate" button.
Additionally, you have the option to use our preloaded templates, which can be found on the left side of the application. Scroll up and down to explore all available templates. If you find an interesting template, simply click on it, and the prompt field will be automatically filled. Then, click the "Generate" button and wait for the result to be generated.
Currently, there isn't much we can do to address this situation. However, it's worth noting that it's normal for some of the images to be slightly outside the frame. This is intentional and part of the dramatic artistic effect that the AI applies.
Tunes are designed for one-time usage and are not set to renew monthly.
